Welcome to Fergus Falls Area Adult Education! We are here to give you hope for a better future.

FFAAE can help you move forward in:

  • GED preparation (You must be at least 19 years of age to take the tests. If you are 17 or 18, you must obtain an age waiver prior to testing. Contact us for details.)
  • Skill improvement in these areas:
    • Reading
    • Writing
    • Math
    • English Language (ESL)
    • College/Career Readiness
    • Digital Literacy (We are an official site for the Northstar Digital Literacy certificate)
  • Minnesota State Standard Adult High School Diploma option(must be age 19 or older)

GED

Fergus Falls Area Adult Education is excited to offer you help as you prepare for the GED. Having your GED gives you a better chance at a good job with higher wages. Most colleges accept the GED.

What’s the GED test like?

The GED has been updated to make sure it measures what graduating high school seniors know and what colleges and employers will expect of you. If you are not yet 19 years of age, you must obtain an age waiver prior to testing. Contact us for details.

Four (4) separate tests:

  • Science
  • Social Studies
  • Reasoning Through Language Arts
  • Mathematical Reasoning


Tests are taken on computers

Available in English and Spanish
